Warm Up Routine
Below is a straight forward warm up routine you can use before you are about to commence your first exercise. As an example you are aiming to complete a set of squats at 100kg. Enter 100kg in the target weight cell and your 5 set warm up routine is calculated for you.
At this point you can then decide to adjust the required weight accordingly.
For subsequent exerciese enter the desired weight and use the 6 rep warm up amount.
The purpose of the warm up routine is to acclimatise youself to the desired weight.
