For those of you who don’t want to train at a gym and would prefer to complete short effective workouts at home or outdoors with little or no equipment we have designed our home based starting fat loss program.
The aim of this program is to improve your body composition by utilizing a combination HIIT (High Intense Interval Training) home workouts, daily steps targets and improving your diet based on your height, weight, age, sex and daily activity levels.
This program is aimed at beginners who have been utilizing HIIT (High Intense Interval Training) training less than one year or have just begun HIIT training. More experienced trainees can still utilize this program or the level 2 program with more advanced exercise routines.
In addition to the training programs you will also receive three monthly recipe e-books containing recipes for high protein, gluten free, dairy free, low carb or vegetarian and vegan options.
To help keep you on track you will also receive a progress diary which you can use to schedule in your training, your meals and also your calorie and macro adjustments. The progress recorder can be used to record your weight and girth measurements in order to see how they improve over a period of time.
Each of the level 1 and level 2 programs will run for 12 weeks. The level one program is more aimed at those who have not used HIIT before or have been training with HIIT for less than one year. After the completion of this program you can then move onto our level 2 program.
