The aim of this program is to increase your lean muscle mass without increasing body fat. We do this by implementing a structured resistance training program whilst and also following a diet that has you in a calorie surplus which will help facilitate muscle growth and recovery.
Your diet is based your height, weight, age, sex and daily activity levels. We then gradually increase your calorie intake to help
facilitate further muscle growth.
We give you an example meal planner and you’ll also receive our full range of recipe ebooks and supplement guide.
We also have our progress diary which you can use to schedule in your training, your meals and also your calorie and macro adjustments.
There is also a progress recorder where you can record your weight and girth measurements and see how they improve over a period of time.
