For those of you who prefer to workout at home or can’t attend the gym due to lockdown we have put together our home HIIT downloadable workouts.
We have put together time efficient 20 minute training programs based on one piece of equipment.
The equipment options available are:
- Body weight
- Kettlebells
- Dumbbells
- Resistance bands
- TRX
Included are benchmark workouts allowing you to measure yourself against your previous weeks performance.
The workouts increase in degree of difficulty as you progress from beginner, intermediate to advanced level workouts.
If you feel you’re capable you can start on either an intermediate or advanced level workout.
Each four week program is $9.95.
You can choose from beginner, intermediate or advanced level workouts for each piece of equipment.
Each week you’ll receive four different workouts by email. Each workout series runs for four weeks.
You can progress through different fitness levels or through different pieces of equipment.
