Crispy Skin Salmon Salad

METHOD
- Add olive oil into a pan
- Add salmon fillets skin down and cook on low heat
- While salmon fillets are cooking prepare salad
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well
- When fillets are cooked halfway through, turn onto one side and cook for approximately
- one minute each side Once cooked, slice fillets and place on top of salad
- For dressing, mix all ingredients well into a bowl and then pour over salad.
