    Low Carb Gluten Free Chocolate Ice Cream

      • 1 can of full fat coconut milk
      • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
      • 60g chocolate protein powder
      • 1 tbs of raw cocoa powder
      • 2 stevia tabs
      • 1 tsp vanilla essence
      • Chopped strawberries
      • Blue berries
      • 3 pieces of chopped dark chocolate (70% or better)

    METHOD

    • Mix all together and freeze. Mixture will freeze solid so allow to defrost a little before consuming.
